We are recruiting for a great opportunity to join our client based in Smethwick.


Due to their business and loyal customer base, they are continuing to grow year on year.


They are looking for a Sales Administrator/Order Processor to join their existing expanding team.


Main Duties:


  • Taking and processing orders
  • Checking stock availability
  • Updating clients  regarding stock availability
  • Checking PO Numbers
  • Working  in a  fast paced customer service based role
  • Working with National Accounts
  • Managing customer rebates and returns
  • Running reports and dealing with all related administration

Key Skills:

·     Strong administration and customer service experience

·     Strong IT skills

Hours of work:


Monday to Friday 


9.00am – 5.30pm




£21,000 per annum




Free Parking

23 days holiday increasing to 25 days after 2 years service
