Account Manager
Not Specified | Permanent, full-time| £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (£ 1,000 per month bonus)
We are recruiting for a great opportunity to join our client based in West Bromwich.
Due to their business and loyal customer base, they have continued to grow over the last 3 years.
They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their team.
Main Duties:
· Providing full support to the Wholesale side of the business
· Managing an existing portfolio of clients
· Building strong relationships with clients and maximising opportunities
· Proactively contacting lapsed clients to discuss business needs
· Responding to queries and enquiries
· Providing solutions to customers
· Up selling and cross selling various products
· Maintaining up to date product knowledge
· Supporting external Business Development Managers
· Responding effectively and efficiently to customers’ requests
· Handling Export related enquiries
Key Skills:
· Previous account management experience essential ideally in a Wholesale related role
· Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
9.00am – 5.30pm
Salary:
£ 22,000 - £ 24,000 basic realistic £ 32,000
