Our client, a successful and expanding company based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.


This role is due to start immediately and will be initially for 3 months.


Duties to include but are not limited to:


·          Supporting the IT Service Team

·          Supporting the Head of IT through effective diary management and fielding calls

·          Managing process requests

·          Updating data on to an MI spreadsheet

·          Testing documentation

·          Ensuring the process is delivered to time and expectations

·          Managing IT inbox emails

·          Liaising with internal departments

·          General administration


Key Skills:


·         Strong IT / Service Desk / administration skills

·         Organised with strong attention to detail

·         Good communication skills

·         Proficient IT skills

Working hours:


Mon – Fri – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm - 1 hour lunch - 35 hours a week




£ 12:00 per hour
