Our corporate client based in Birmingham City Centre are currently looking for 2 Outbound Customer Service Advisors.

These exciting new roles are based on growth and full training will be given.  You will be working within a stable existing team.

There is minimal cold calling in this role.

You will be starting on £18000 and realistic OTE in your 1st year of £21000.

There is a huge amount of progression within this role to move up to an Account Manager when your OTE will be £ 45,000

Main Duties:

·     Contacting customers who have made an enquiry to the business

·     Passing leads to internal and external sales team

·     Ensuring that all compliance processes are fulfilled and adhered to regarding rules and guidelines

·     Working to set targets and KPI’s

·     Updating and cleansing the data constantly

Key Skills:

·     Previous customer service experience essential

·     Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

·     Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 

37.5 hours a week
