Conveyancing Secretary

We have a fantastic opportunity with our highly regarded client based in Tamworth.

They are recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties Include:

·         Secretarial and administrative support for a fee earner

·         Handling enquiries proactively and making telephone calls

·         Using our case management system or client portals to process and access the work

·         Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents

·         Audio typing

·         Sending out draft contracts, transfer deeds and other supporting documentation in a conveyancing transaction

·         Using the land registry portal to do order documents and searches

·         Dealing with registration and stamp duty land tax tasks after completion


The ideal candidate:

·         At least 12 months in conveyancing

·         Good keyboard ability

·         Audio typing experience

·         IT literacy

·         Ability to work well within a team

·         Ability to work independently

·         High standard of work, accuracy is essential

·         Confident over the telephone


Salary for the role is negotiable.

Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
