Our client based in West Bromwich is currently looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Service advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 6-9months.


This role is to start immediately and full training will be given.


Main Duties:

·         Working in a fast paced customer service environment

·         Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries

·         Handling general queries and complaints

·         Updating information and survey data onto in-house system

·         Maintaining productive relationships with key internal contacts

Key Skills:

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Excellent communication skills – both written and oral

·         Able to demonstrate a clear ability to multi task

·         Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Hours of work:

Training in office for 2 - 3 weeks then home working currently

30 hours a week must include a Friday




£ 9.65 per hour
