The role -

Accurate and proactive order entry / processing and tracking of customer projects and issues
Answering volume calls and emails - first line query point for all customers
Identifying and sharing leads, taking up-selling opportunities
Proactive site tracking with key project contracts and relevant internal Supply Chain teams e.g. Forecasting
Supporting outbound customer campaigns
Supporting and working with customers, internal and external teams to resolve customer issues and to identify and exploit opportunities
The person -

A fantastic attitude - keen, enthusiastic and driven to succeed
Proven customer service experience gained
The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Data accuracy - quick to understand numbers
Computer literacy, the ability to work with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
The ability to work to deadlines and understand how to prioritise work load
