One of our prestigious clients based in Tamworth  are looking to recruit a  Customer Service Administrator  to join their expanding team.


This role is due to expansion within the business and full training will be given.



Duties Include: 


Answering incoming calls
Updating systems with accurate information
Processing new client applications
Contacting clients to get additional information regarding their application
Updating bank statement details
Updating spreadsheets
General administration support to the team

Successful candidates must have:

·     Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels

·     Strong attention to detail

·     Working knowledge of MS systems including Excel and Word

Hours of Work:


Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm
