We have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients who are experiencing a great period of growth. 

 

They are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join their team.

 

The main duties of the role are as follows:

 

Working in a fast paced customer service environment
Providing support and guidance to new and existing customers
Checking account details and stock availability
Preparing quotations and following up on quotations
Discussing additional products and services
Talking to lapsed clients and on boarding new customers
Running reports
Processing all related administration
 

Salary:

 

£ 20,500

 

Experience Required:

 

·         Experience gained within customer service and account management

·         Strong relationship building experience





Hours of Work:

 

9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday with a 3.00 p.m. finish on a Friday
