Our client has opportunities to take on 5 Customer Service Administrators on a permanent basis. This role will be office based.


Duties will include but not be limited to :-


Providing a high level of customer service to callers

Accurately post customer orders on the internal system

Chase up relevant information in a timely manner

Liaising with internal and external colleagues

Gaining relevant information from suppliers regarding stock and prices

Providing accurate and up to date information to customers

Giving technical advice where needed in a confident manner

Taking and processing payments

Sending e mails and managing enquiries


Experience Required:


Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Educated to GCSE minimum Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive telephone manner

Fully IT Literate with excellent keyboard skills

Excellent listening skills

Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment

Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner

Ability to multitask & problem solve

Effective team player and the ability to work on own initiative

Organised and the ability to prioritise workload


Hours: Full Time 9.00 am – 5.30 pm

Salary £18,826.35
