One of our prestigious client based in Tamworth are looking to recruit 2  Customer Service Administrators to join their expanding team.


These roles are due to expansion within the business and full training will be given.


These roles are temporary to permanent and is to start immediately.



Duties include:

·     Hep manage a portfolio of suppliers and customers

·     Updating in house data base with accurate information

·     Liaising with internal and external departments

·     Processing and updating various forms of documentation

·     Checking documents and paperwork

·     Liaising with existing customers

·     Resolving queries effectively

·     Administration support to all the team


Successful candidates must have:

·     Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels

·     Strong attention to detail

·     Working knowledge of MS systems including Excel and Word

Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30 pm
