Our client based in Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Administration Executive to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

The role –

·         To ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally

·         To maximise the company’s profit from the rental of units/space/vehicles

·         To take and deal with telephone calls, email enquiries and personal visits relating to self-storage

·          Converting all possible enquiries into sales

To fully explain the rules of use of the site including deposits, opening hours, insurance, site gate etc to all customer
Accurately complete all customer details on all relevant computer systems and subsequently keep updated and correctly file all customer documentation
To gain and check all required Customer Identity Documents and Vehicle proof of ownership and insurance
To accurately and efficiently manage all customer accounts and the use of the site including raising of invoices, statements, taking payments, chasing debts, gate usage, security and alarm system monitoring
 

The person –

 

·         Experience working in a fast paced environment

·         Ability to convert enquiries into sales

·         Able to build working relationships

·         Previous experience working in a similar role

·         Full driving license and own vehicle is needed

 

Hours – Monday to Friday 40 hours between 8am – 5:30pm based on a rota basis.

 

Salary - £23,000
