Due to continued business growth our Tamworth based client is recruiting for 7 Technical Customer Service Executives on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to receive and process customer orders, enquires and complaints in a professional manner and to given timescales, build relationships with customers and colleagues alike an provide a high level of product knowledge when speaking to customers

 

Duties to include:

 

·         Answering incoming calls in a professional manner

·         Providing a high level of customer service

·         Processing customer orders accurately

·         Responding to basic escalations promptly

·         Query management and complaint handling

·         Offering technical support to customers

·         Processing information on internal systems

·         Working in a team environment and to SLA’s

 

Skills and experience required:

 

Previous experience in a customer focussed role

Ideally a car owner / driver

The ability to understand technical information

PC literate

 

Salary:

 

£ 9.92 per hour

 

Hours of work:

 

Monday – Friday – 8.30 am  – 5.00 pm
