Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience + average of £5k OTE

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer on behalf of our clients, a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working mainly in large residential blocks, commercial offices and schools providing commercial maintenance such as gas boilers, HVAC and water systems.
  • Routine mechanical maintenance of associated plant items such as pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and valves will also form part of the role.
  • Support other trades as and when needed.

Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
  • Competent with fault finding across gas, heating, hot & cold-water systems
  • Familiar with BMS, pumps, vessels, plate exchangers, valves, etc.
  • Flexible, professional approach and great communication skills.
  • Proficient with PDA/tablet use.
  • Commercial gas qualifications.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable using tablets/PDAs.
  • Willingness to support other trades when needed.
