Salary: £34,800.

Location: Birmingham.

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects
• Building relationships with clients
• Developing project documentation and reporting
• Attending, chairing, and recording meetings as appropriate
• Producing reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
• In addition, you will also be responsible for:
• Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
• Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
• Supporting feasibility studies, including site surveys, investigations, and evaluations
• Monitoring and reporting on contractor progress on-site
• Assisting the team in developing new business opportunities
• Supporting the team in managing existing client relationships
• Developing skills to provide single-point-of-contact responsibilities, taking charge of all aspects of the project and liaising with clients

Skills and qualifications:

• Construction project management experience is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project
• A degree in a construction-related subject is desirable but not essential; all degree backgrounds will be considered
• Experience delivering presentations
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with senior professionals
• Experience in report writing

Salary: £34,800.
