Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly, ensuring accurate message-taking and forwarding.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security protocols through the Paddington portal, ensuring compliance with building policies.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times. Administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries, organising and distributing items promptly. ·
- Manage meeting room calendars and coordinate bookings, ensuring rooms are set up for meetings and cleared and reset promptly after use. ·
- Coordinate and arrange lunches for scheduled events or meetings, ensuring timely delivery and accommodating dietary preferences. ·
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels. ·
- When necessary, provide support to EA to CEO, CFO and Board, as well as to the Office Manager.
- Whilst prior experience in a similar front-of-house role within a professional service, corporate, or military setting is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided

- Flexible working around core hours (09:00-14:00)
- Monday to Thursday working (Long weekend)
