First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Wrexham.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for answering calls and advising tenants/residents on works being carried out, to help book appointments as necessary, answer queries raised and to pass through calls to the business as required.
My client is a property maintenance and installation organisation, the Mechanical arm specialises in the servicing, repair and installation of gas central heating and hot water services to local authority and Housing Association landlords.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtaining, verifying, and confirming customer information through answering incoming calls.
- Resolve customer queries and problems.
- Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and filed-based personnel
- Escalate or pass through calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager.
- Call centre experience or face to face customer service experience or sales experience or retail experience.
- Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
- Experience of high volume, high pressure environments.
- Inbound call/service centre experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Administration/data inputting experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good level of spoken English.
