Overview:
We are currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time Instructors to join our clients adventure business. The successful Instructors will be responsible for leading our activities whilst ensuring the safety of customers, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard and working as part of the team to ensure all customers have a fantastic experience.
While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous. Full Training in all activities will be given.

Key Responsibilities:
- Instructing visitors on the safe use of equipment and vehicles
- Preparation of equipment and areas for instruction
- Preparation of team room, vehicles, and other equipment for use by visitors
- Checking and maintaining equipment with high regard for safety
- Cleaning up equipment and vehicles after groups have left
- Entertaining customers and ensuring they have an excellent experience
- Moving quickly from one activity to another in accordance with fluctuating timetables
- Other ADHOC duties as required
Primary Activities:
- 4 x 4 Off Road Driving
- Off Road Truck Run
- Clay Pigeon Shooting
- Rifle Range Shooting
- Archery
- High Ropes
- Climbing Wall
- Paintball
Hours of Work:
- Full-time hours – 35-hour week including weekends (By negotiation and timetabled)
- Part-time hours - primarily weekends
- Seasonally-based work – increased hours available during Christmas event, summer break etc.
- An outgoing and confident personality
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Proven time-keeping ability
- Experience in tutoring
- Experience of outdoor activities
- Driving Licence
- While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous. Full Training in all activities will be given.
