First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our fantastic clients based in Central London
Our clients Project Manager will have the responsibility of planning, procurement and executing a project within the hotel and residential building industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee large projects for hotels and residential buildings
• Key point of contact for clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Can lead a team with some direction, but has a desire to learn and become an independent leader
• Collaborating effectively with a well-established team of professionals.
• Contributing to securing new projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
• Balancing teamwork with the ability to work independently on projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Shows consistent level of skill and good depth of knowledge.
• Someone who can be depended on to take instruction and execute tasks.
• Ability to identify a problem before it becomes a problem.
• Seeks direction when problem extends beyond their technical competence
• Able to analyse and assess day-to-day matters with minimal direction.
• Seen as a professional, with all the basic knowledge required for the role.
• Excellent Time Management skills
• RICS Qualification is desirable, but no required.
• Comprehensive use of written English not requiring significant amendment to day-to-day work.
