Financial Accountant
Windsor, United Kingdom | Permanent, full-time| £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Orka Financial is currently partnering with a business based in Windsor that is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join the team . This role reports into the Senior Finance Manager and is responsible the preparation of timely and accurate financial information to support external statutory compliance and reporting for all UK legal entities as well as the production of the management accounts.
Duties include,
Assist with the preparation and filing of the annual financial statements
Assist in the annual and interim audit process
Monthly intercompany process.
Accounting for external and intercompany loans
Assist with the month end close process through preparation of journals and analysis including accruals and prepayments
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
Contribute to the month-end close process by providing commentary.
Prepare quarterly tax returns, including VAT and Corporation Tax
The role requires a qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA with solid experience in statutory accounts preparation and strong financial/management accounting experience
The role is based in Windsor and operates hybrid working. The salary is up to £65000 DOE
