Trainee Residential Surveyor
West Midlands | Permanent, full-time| £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (Car, Benefits and Bonus)
Trainee Surveyor role, for an individual who has passed a minimum of 75% of their SAVA course and is looking for a company to mentor them.
We have been approached by an excellent Surveying business based near Birmingham. They have coverage across The Midlands and Warwickshire and are expanding.
Husband and wife business. Really nice couple, successfully set up the business last year, really busy and looking to take on a new Surveyor to help them with the workload. The plan is to slowly grow the business and make it a comfortable, friendly company to work for where people stay for many years.
Salary up to £45,000.00 P/A for a trainee.
Bonus, car (BMW) or allowance, pension and benefits
Covers Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire (work would be focused on the postcodes in the area you live in)
Level 2+3 Surveys (not always valuation)
No lending work
Private work
Generates business through Introducers and digital marketing
