Guildhall is assisting our client in finding a talented Business Development Manager to support their global expansion in the cryptocurrency industry. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to play a key role in a fast-growing digital asset sector.

Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our global expansion within the cryptocurrency industry. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives that foster growth and enhance our market presence worldwide. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across various regions to navigate complex environments and achieve successful outcomes. This role involves cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clients, and other stakeholders within the crypto ecosystem, negotiating agreements, and managing regulatory considerations to drive our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global partnership strategies to drive expansion and market presence.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, clients, and partners, ensuring productive and mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Take ownership of strategic initiatives related to business development, including scoping opportunities, identifying potential partners, and negotiating agreements.
  • Lead efforts in managing global business relationships, addressing business, policy, and technical issues as they arise.
  • Drive partnerships through the entire lifecycle from initial outreach to deal closure and optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally and delivering results through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships in dynamic and high-stakes environments within the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working at cryptocurrency exchange industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a deep interest and understanding of crypto technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work full-time in Dubai.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets in a global context.
