Guildhall is recruiting for a leading machinery manufacturing client specializing in mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).
The territory Service manager will be reporting to Regional Service Manager of MEA . This role is responsible for the territory of Saudi Arabia at present and can be other nearby countries in future. 

Job Description:

  • Implement all the service policies successfully in his territory in coordination with  regional service manager. 
  • The successful candidate must support the key accounts & Dealership in their PDI, repairs, maintenance and spare parts support. 
  • He must support all the key accounts & dealership in raising warranty claims and successfully closing it within an allowable time frame. 
  • Territory service manager must review the dealership monthly claims on delivered warranty & site support services to customers & approve as per agreement. 
  • This position will work very closely with the territory sales manager to support him on necessary technical inputs regarding after sales services of the company. 
  • The candidate must make periodic visits to dealership sites in his territory and review, monitor & analyze spare parts inventory stocks, workshop performance, performance of site support team. 
  • He should review the customer feedback to identify and resolve frequent problems in coordination with the regional Service manager. 
  • Increase the revenue of after sales department by sales of spare parts, especially the tires of all sizes in the market irrespective of AWP brands along with engine parts. 
  • Liaoning with MEA parts department for any customer’s parts requirements such as availability, lead time and cost. 
  • Attending By-weekly meetings with regional manager & providing valuable inputs of the territory to formulate & amend strategies. 
  • Identify Training requirements of the key customers & dealerships & share the details with regional service manager for quarterly training plan development.
Qualification:

  • Basic qualification should be an Engineering graduate with more than 5 years of experience in the after-sales support division. Total year of experience should be more than 10 years. 
  • Candidates should be from heavy earthmoving, construction, AWP, transportation companies. 
  • He should have hands-on experience in engineering basics of engine, hydraulics, electricals & electronics. 
  • AWP Dealership & AWP Rental companies working experience will be given 1st preference in the selection. 
  • Person should have very good communication & interpersonal relationships skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi & Urdu will be an added advantage. 
  • The person should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications & experience in ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite etc. 
  • Candidate should have UAE or any GCC country driving license.
