Guildhall is recruiting a Performance Manager on behalf of our client who are industry leaders in the Company Formation sector. This role is critical for driving employee and organisational performance to meet strategic goals. The Performance Manager will foster a high-performance culture and ensure that both individual and organizational objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

System Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Integrate digital solutions for tracking performance-related activities.

Data Analysis:
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.

Performance Reporting:
- Present performance analysis to senior management.
- Develop and maintain performance scorecards and KPIs.

Policy Design:
- Design and improve performance-related policies.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure policies are up-to-date and compliant.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring.

Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs on performance management.
- Conduct workshops on appraisal techniques and goal setting.

Issue Resolution:
- Resolve workplace barriers to performance.
- Mediate conflicts and enhance employee engagement.

Objective Setting:
- Set and update performance objectives to align with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in performance management, ideally within a law firm, corporate services firm, or accounting firm.
- Skills: Data analysis, project management, communication, leadership, performance management software proficiency, problem-solving, and Salesforce CRM experience.

Salary:

- Very competitive salary package
- Increments: Performance-based
- Bonus Up to 50% of base salary
