Guildhall is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Country Manager to join our client, a multinational conglomerate operating across various sectors, including biotechnology, health management, hospitality and tourism, education and training, e-commerce, international trade, and finance. With operations in over 190 countries, our client is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through its innovative products and comprehensive health management services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate the branch's long-, medium-, and short-term business strategies based on the overall regional strategy, and develop the annual work plan and operating budget report.
2. Collect competitor information according to local regulations and policy changes, and develop market development plans to implement effective measures for performance improvement.
3. Formulate branch product planning and promotion plans to ensure scientific management, ordering, and rational deployment of products.
4. Manage branch dealers, performance, bonuses, and visitor reception.
5. Handle branch crisis emergencies, daily personnel administration, and IT information construction work.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by group and regional leaders in a timely manner.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing, or other management economics majors.
2. 5-10 years of work experience, with over 3 years in the direct selling industry.
3. Familiarity with the country’s customs clearance, finance and taxation, products, logistics, and direct sales legal systems.
4. Strong decision-making ability, execution skills, business innovation capability, emergency resolution, coordination and adaptability, and market trend analysis.
5. Proficiency in English as a working language.
