Guildhall is partnering with a leading conglomerate in the mining and blockchain sectors, to find a talented Corporate Development Associate to join their team in Dubai.

As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving company's strategic growth initiatives, including partnership development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investor relations. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for conducting strategic analysis, fostering partnerships, and enhancing investor communications to support company's ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Planning:
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential partnership or acquisition targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Evaluate strategic fit based on industry trends and expansion plans, with a focus on the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain.

M&A Activities:
• Lead due diligence processes for potential mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Contribute to post-acquisition integration planning and execution to ensure seamless transitions.

Partnership Development:
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential partners, industry stakeholders, and investors.
• Facilitate partnership discussions and negotiations to align with company’s strategic objectives.

Investor Relations:
• Oversee investor relations activities and communications, serving as the primary liaison with the investment community.
• Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls, and develop materials tailored to the needs of a public company.

Internal Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the viability of corporate initiatives and present comprehensive recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategy consulting.
• Experience in investment banking or transaction advisory roles at Big-4 firms is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to relocate and work onsite in Dubai.
