Guildhall is representing a leading international EPC organization that is actively seeking a dynamic professional for the role of Cathodic Protection Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute the cathodic protection (CP) and corrosion control surveying program for Oilfield Gathering Pipeline and WellPads facilities.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance within the CP and corrosion control program.
• Supervise the installation of field equipment, including rectifiers, remote monitoring units, and other CP-related equipment, meeting operational needs in full compliance with Project and Company’s Regulatory requirements.
• Conduct surveys such as structure-to-soil potentials, soil resistivity, coupon tests, rectifier reads, and atmospheric corrosion surveys. Responsible for report generation within the execution of CP systems, including commissioning activities.
• Provide leadership through coaching, training, and support to CP Technicians, ensuring they perform their roles within Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards.
• Oversee Quality Control and execution of CP and coating related to underground pipelines.
• Offer project team and CP technician support on CP requirements, such as new sacrificial anode systems and new ICCP systems.
• Identify operating deviations and abnormal operating conditions, make notifications, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Utilize technical resources and tools (Field Data PC, Fluke Digital Multimeters, Coating Holiday Detector, RFIT) to perform assigned work.
• Prepare and update Corrosion Control Installation Procedures and Corrosion Control Guidelines to support program and team development.
• Provide direction to contraction team members, emphasizing quality, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction, environment/health/safety, and morale.
• Develop and maintain positive team member relations centered on mutual trust, dignity, respect, fairness, consistency, two-way communication, teamwork, and harmony.

Qualifications:
• Hold a valid NACE CP3 – Cathodic Protection Technologist Certificate.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Technology/Science, preferably in Chemical or a similar major.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in pipeline and well pad projects.
