Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing and implementing a site performance team for painting, insulation, and refractory progress.
• Reviewing and implementing painting and insulation procedures, supporting vendor proposals, and overseeing QC ITPs.
• Administering painting and insulation application crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures.
• Proactively preventing potential issues through effective interfacing with Construction, Field Engineering, QC, and the Client.
• Verifying closeout of punch items and coordinating with Certifying Authority and third parties for timely certification and handover.
• Ensuring compliance with H3SE guidelines and actively participating in safety/environment-friendly/social communication.
• Training and developing assigned personnel, maintaining inventory records of painting/insulation materials, and ensuring the skills of painters and insulators meet project requirements.
• Implementing waste handling procedures for waste segregation, packaging, transportation, and safe disposal of construction waste.
• Monitoring contract programmers, identifying and implementing solutions to problems, and tracking daily progress activities.

Qualifications:
• College/university graduate with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in painting and insulation engineering/construction and QA/QC functions/inspections.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in painting and insulation on Oil & Gas projects.
• Extensive experience in painting and insulation activities, including painting systems and processes, equipment, and materials involved.
• Familiarity with construction standards, codes, or practices.
• Experience in coordinating different parties involved and knowledge of associated regulatory requirements.
