Job Description:

The role of Electrical Supervisor is integral to the success of the Oilfield Gathering Pipeline and WellPad Area projects. This position encompasses diverse responsibilities, ranging from supporting the on-site Superintendent in ensuring construction activities align with electrical standards to overseeing the installation, testing, and debugging of HV/LV equipment. The Electrical Supervisor is a key player in maintaining compliance with detailed engineering design and specifications, and ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the Oilfield Gathering Pipeline and WellPad Area Superintendent to ensure construction activities adhere to Company and Project electrical standards.
  • Overseeing electrical discipline works, emphasizing Quality Assurance and Control, and ensuring alignment with Detailed Engineering design and specifications.
  • Developing electrical discipline documents in accordance with project procedures and standards.
  • Acting as the primary construction site Supervisor, ensuring work sequences align with the Construction Level-3 Schedule.
  • Participating in Subcontractor/Vendor site activities and supervising electrical interfaces with Company, Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Electrical equipment Vendor representatives.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Partners, adapting as needed to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborating with other Discipline Superintendents to manage interfaces effectively and support overall project goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE instructions, rules, and procedures, with a focus on environmental protection.
  • Participating in regular meetings and compiling necessary reports related to electrical discipline and project scope.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent trained qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in large construction projects, with in-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in codes and standards related to the electrical discipline.
  • Full conversance with applicable Oil and Gas Industry International Codes, Standards, and best Industry Practices.
  • Good awareness of other disciplines, with significant responsibility in multi-discipline teams or projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, coupled with a good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
