Guildhall Recruitment Agency is collaborating with a leading Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) company in the UAE, specialising in the design, manufacture, and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings, profile sheets, 'z' purlins, and other related PEB accessories. Our client offers innovative solutions for various applications such as factories, warehouses, workshops, showrooms, multi-storied buildings, shopping malls, and other special steel structural works.


Responsibilities:

As a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing the organisation's business activities. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs to ensure sustained growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Oversee day-to-day operations:**
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the organisation.

- **Design strategy and set goals for growth:**
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organisational objectives.

- **Maintain budgets and optimize expenses:**
- Ensure financial stability by managing budgets and optimizing expenditures.

- **Set policies and processes:**
- Establish and enforce policies and operational processes to enhance efficiency.

- **Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance:**
- Continuously assess and enhance operational and financial effectiveness.

- **Direct the employee assessment process:**
- Lead the employee assessment process to maintain a high-performance team.

- **Prepare regular reports for upper management:**
- Provide detailed and insightful reports to upper management for informed decision-making.

- **Provide solutions to issues:**
- Address challenges such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and competition-related concerns.

- **Coordinating business operation:**
- Facilitate seamless coordination of business activities for optimal efficiency.

- **Researching and identifying growth opportunities:**
- Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

- **Evaluating performance and productivity:**
- Assess organizational performance and productivity levels, implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive leadership role of12+ years.
- Strong understanding of the Pre-Engineered Steel Building industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
