This firm specializes in providing expert insurance consultancy services to its esteemed clients. With a highly experienced team they have established strong collaborative relationships with major insurance providers, both national and multinational, across the UAE. Their services encompass risk analysis, management, insurance consultancy, policy provision, renewals, and claims assistance. They handle a wide range of insurance products, including Individual & Corporate Insurances, as well as specialized classes of insurance, such as Marine, Medical, Motor, Professional Indemnity, Property All Risk, and more. Their extensive client base includes prominent business corporations, contractors, large-scale service providers, and many others.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your extensive 15+ years of proven work experience in the UAE insurance market to lead the corporate accounts division.
2. Maintain a strong and profitable client portfolio with a minimum portfolio value of 8-10 million AED, ensuring healthy client retention.
3. Oversee and manage a team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
4. Demonstrate versatility in understanding all classes of insurance business lines to effectively serve the diverse needs of corporate clients.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
6. Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and insurers, ensuring the best solutions for their insurance needs.
7. Exhibit strong business acumen and a problem-solving attitude to address complex corporate insurance requirements.
8. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a wider range of clients.
9. Possess a minimum post-graduate degree, with insurance certification considered an advantageous edge in this role.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of proven work experience in the UAE insurance market.
- Strong client portfolio with a minimum portfolio value of 8-10 million AED.
- Effective team management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of all classes of insurance business lines.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Any nationality welcome, with bilingual skills considered a plus.
- Minimum post-graduate degree, with insurance certification as an advantage.
