Responsibilities:
Business Development and Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Evaluate market opportunities and identify potential clients for new contracts.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Set strategic goals and objectives for the company and evaluate their achievement.
Contract Management and Service Delivery:
- Ensure that the contract delivers services to acceptable standards.
- Develop and establish customer service and budgetary standards.
- Establish work plans and staffing requirements for each project phase.
- Recruit and assign personnel according to project needs.
- Monitor and review annual and life-cycle replacement maintenance programs.
- Negotiate contracts and establish policies and procedures for effective operations.
Financial and Operational Performance:
- Take responsibility for the financial and operational performance of the contract.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Set staffing levels in compliance with business specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to meet client requirements.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review ongoing operations, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and coordinate monitoring and inspection programs to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in hard/soft services within top FM companies.
- Project management experience, preferably in the airport industry.
- Holding Engineering Certification (MMUP / UPDA).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving growth targets.
- Sound financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
