Board Member / Non Exec Director

As a Board Member or Non-Executive Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of companies, bringing your wealth of experience and expertise to help them navigate the complex business landscape of the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to companies in the Middle East
• Ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the company's performance and ensure the delivery of key objectives
• Collaborate with other members of the board to develop and execute the company's strategy
• Act as an ambassador for the company and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role
• A proven track record of success in your industry, with key achievements that demonstrate your ability to drive business growth and innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data-driven insights
• A deep understanding of the Middle East business landscape, with experience working in the region
