We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple retail branches for a fast-growing premium consumer brand in the UAE. The company is built around delivering a unique and elevated retail experience inspired by authentic Scandinavian confectionery culture, offering high-quality, thoughtfully curated products across a growing network of stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. As the business continues its rapid expansion, this role will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, consistent customer experience, and strong performance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of all retail branches across multiple locations
  • Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards, company procedures, and brand guidelines across all stores
  • Monitor branch sales performance, KPIs, and overall operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, staff performance, customer experience, and visual standards
  • Support branch teams in achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
  • Manage staff scheduling, workforce planning, and manpower allocation across all branches
  • Supervise, guide, and support store teams to ensure high levels of productivity and service quality
  • Address operational issues, customer complaints, and service-related concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Monitor employee performance and support training, coaching, and development initiatives
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service consistency across all retail locations
  • Prepare regular operational reports and updates for senior management, including performance insights and recommendations
  • Support new branch openings, including setup, operational readiness, and launch coordination
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, performance, and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management regarding branch performance, staffing, and operational issues

Required Experience
  • Proven experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or multi-site operations management
  • Strong experience managing multiple retail branches or store locations simultaneously
  • Experience in monitoring KPIs, sales performance, and operational standards
  • Background in supervising store teams, workforce planning, and staff development
  • Experience in handling customer service issues and ensuring service excellence
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting store openings, operational rollouts, or expansion projects is an advantage
