Construction Manager

Guildhall is looking for a Construction Manager to support a High-Speed Rail (HSR) project based in Dubai. The role will be based in the Dubai and will work closely with the Project Director (PD) and senior leadership team. This position requires strong experience in tunnel construction and TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee construction activities for HSR tunnel works
• Coordinate directly with the Project Director and leadership team on planning and execution
• Supervise TBM operations and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Work closely with engineering, design, and site teams to resolve technical issues
• Review construction schedules and provide updates to senior management
• Support risk management and problem-solving during project execution
• Ensure proper reporting and documentation of site activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction
• Proven experience in HSR (High-Speed Rail) projects
• Strong experience in tunnel construction and TBM operations
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or rail projects
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and Project Director
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
