Guildhall is looking for an experienced CMPC Engineer to join a major rail infrastructure project in the UAE. The person in this role will help plan and develop construction methods for elevated and the rest is tunnel underground works.
The role requires close coordination with design teams, site teams, and project stakeholders to make sure the construction plan is safe, efficient, and follows the project requirements. The position will also work closely with stakeholders.

You will work closely with design, planning, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure safe, efficient, and well-coordinated project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review construction methodologies and method statements
- Support construction sequencing and planning coordination
- Work with project teams to resolve technical and interface issues
- Assist in constructability reviews and temporary works coordination
- Monitor construction progress and suggest productivity improvements
- Prepare technical reports and support project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in civil / infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Primavera / MS Project is an advantage
- Experience in metro, tunnels, bridges, or heavy civil works preferred
- Background in EPC / Design & Build projects is a plus
- Experience working with consultants or contractors on site
