Guildhall are delighted to be supporting our Real Estate Developer client who are currently looking to hire a Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to support the growth of their business through targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation activity across international markets.
The role will focus on running campaigns, generating and qualifying leads, handling incoming marketing enquiries, and passing warm opportunities to the sales team. The successful candidate must have strong experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI, along with previous exposure to the UAE real estate market, ideally within luxury or premium developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run lead generation campaigns across international markets
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI to manage, automate, and optimise campaigns
- Generate, monitor, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team
- Handle incoming enquiries from IVR, email, social media, and other marketing channels
- Support roadshows, exhibitions, launch events, and marketing activations
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase results
- Bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to buyer generation and engagement
- Proven experience in lead generation marketing within the UAE real estate sector
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience using Einstein AI or similar AI-driven marketing tools
- Background in luxury real estate or premium property marketing preferred
- Ideally from developers such as DAMAC, Beyond, Ellington, or similar
- Strong English communication skills
- Energetic, commercially aware, and able to work independently
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to generate ideas as well as execution
