Guildhall is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction team in Dubai. This role will focus on tendering, cost management, subcontractor evaluation, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects.

- Review and analyze tender documents, identify discrepancies, and prepare technical clarification letters.
- Prepare budget estimates and detailed quantity take-offs.
- Develop subcontract bid documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and support procurement activities.
- Prepare material and manpower requirements.
- Monitor project cost control and financial performance.
- Prepare variations, monthly valuations, and verify subcontractor payments.
- Conduct site visits and assess site conditions for tenders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, or contract administration.
- Strong experience with major civil, commercial, residential, high-rise, or industrial projects.
- Prior experience working with reputable contracting companies in the UAE (high-rise experience is essential).
- Strong knowledge of methods of measurement, cost analysis, contracts, claims, and variations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project, and estimating software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
