Senior FF&E Designer (Hospitality & Residential)

Guildhall is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer for our client, a leading luxury real estate developer in the UAE. The FF&E Designer will manage the complete FF&E scope across multiple projects, from sourcing and supplier coordination to budgeting, negotiations, and installation. The role requires a combination of creative sensibility, commercial awareness, and strong project management skills to deliver world-class interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage FF&E concepts aligned with overall design vision.
• Source furniture, fabrics, lighting, materials, and accessories locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors and suppliers.
• Handle quotations, pricing comparisons, and negotiations to secure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare FF&E specifications, schedules, and all related documentation.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and on-site installations.
• Manage multiple sourcing streams simultaneously across large-scale projects.
• Work closely with designers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience delivering FF&E for hospitality and high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of the local UAE market and supplier networks.
• Expertise in furniture manufacturing processes, quality standards, and luxury brand specifications.
• Experience working with both luxury international brands and reputable local brands.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and commercial skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple vendors/sourcing channels.
