Creative Interior Designer

Guildhall is seeking a Creative Interior Designer for our client, a leading luxury real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and technically proficient designer, confident in both 3D visualization and 2D technical drawings. You will be responsible for driving design development independently, translating concepts into execution-ready deliverables, and ensuring that all interiors reflect the client’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and transform them into high-quality 3D visualizations
• Produce detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for design presentations.
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Lead lighting layouts, furniture zoning, and all related technical plans.
• Translate creative concepts into execution-ready drawings.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative ideation and streamline workflows.
• Coordinate design development from initial concept through to final presentation.

Required Skills:

3D & Visualization:

• Advanced modeling skills in 3ds Max.
• Expertise in photorealistic rendering and material detailing.
• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and realistic visualization techniques.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for creative exploration and concept generation.

2D & Technical:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and documentation.
• Capability to produce detailed lighting, furniture layout, and zoning plans.
• Solid technical understanding of construction drawings.
• Experience leading and reviewing technical documentation for execution.
