Cluster Manager - Operations & Performance

Guildhall is supporting a luxury wellness group that’s expanding its presence across the UAE. We’re looking for a hands-on Cluster Manager to drive day-to-day operational excellence and commercial performance across multiple locations - ensuring standards are consistent, targets are met, and teams are supported to deliver a premium client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-site environment, can confidently manage performance and reporting, and knows how to balance luxury service with strong unit economics. Initially, the role will cover 1–2 locations, with scope to grow as the business scales.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure each location achieves its revenue and margin targets
  
  
• Implement and maintain SOPs and operational standards
  
  
• Monitor costs and unit economics
  
  
• Oversee reporting processes and audits
  
  
• Support local partnerships and business development initiatives
  
  
• Act as the primary link between AIG HQ and on-site teams
  
  
• Manage day-to-day operations
  
  
• Prepare and review monthly P&L and performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven multi-site management experience, with a strong eye for consistency and quality control across locations
  
  
• Background in wellness, spa, luxury hospitality, or hotel wellness operations is highly desirable
  
  
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to manage and present P&L performance confidently to senior leadership
  
  
• Able to implement processes, track performance, and hold teams accountable
  
  
• Excellent English communication skills; professional, presentable, and confident stakeholder-facing presence
  
  
• Solid understanding of health and wellness and what “premium service” looks like in this space
  
  
• Must already be based in the UAE
