Guildhall Consultancy LLC is currently recruiting an Mandarin Speaking HR Officer (Recruitment Focus) for a client based in Saudi Arabia.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer/onboarding coordination.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including employment contract preparation and related documentation.
- Support other HR functions as required by the department.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels and processes to improve hiring efficiency.
- Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin), able to use Chinese as a working language.
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proactive, results-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Candidates must be eligible for a Saudi Arabian work visa.
- Candidates who currently hold a valid Saudi work visa and can join on short notice will be highly preferred.
