We are looking for a highly experienced, passionate, and professional Studio Manager & Senior Pilates Instructor to join a premium fitness brand. This role is ideal for someone who is not only an excellent instructor, but also a strong leader who can oversee daily studio operations, support the team, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and identity of the brand. The Studio Manager & Senior Pilates Instructor will be responsible for teaching daily classes, managing the weekly schedule, supporting instructors and reception staff, maintaining a premium client experience, and working closely with the Managing Partner to ensure smooth studio operations and continued brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pilates Instruction & Class Quality
  • Teach the required number of Pilates classes daily, including mat, reformer, and any other approved studio formats.
  • Deliver safe, high-quality, engaging, and technically correct classes for different levels.
  • Design creative, effective, and well-structured classes that reflect the Pilates Lab brand and client needs.
  • Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels, injuries, and client goals.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and motivating teaching style in every session.
  • Ensure all classes start and end on time and that the room is prepared before each session.
  • Support private sessions, assessments, workshops, and special classes when required.
  • Stay updated with Pilates education, movement trends, anatomy knowledge, and best practices.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cueing, flow, client correction, and equipment use.

Studio Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Make sure the studio is clean, organized, fully prepared, and aligned with brand standards at all times.
  • Monitor class attendance, client flow, equipment condition, and the overall studio atmosphere.
  • Ensure all Pilates equipment is used safely, maintained properly, and reported for repair when needed.
  • Support inventory checks for studio supplies, cleaning materials, merchandise, and client amenities.
  • Ensure all opening, closing, and daily studio procedures are followed by the team.
  • Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions to the Managing Partner.
  • Help maintain a premium and consistent studio experience across every shift and class.
Scheduling & Team Coordination
  • Prepare and manage the weekly class schedule in collaboration with the Managing Partner.
  • Coordinate full-time instructors and freelancers to ensure proper class coverage.
  • Help arrange substitute instructors when needed and reduce gaps in the schedule.
  • Support instructors with class planning, client management, and studio standards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding new team members.
  • Monitor instructor performance and provide constructive feedback when needed.
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.
  • Ensure the team communicates clearly and works together smoothly.
Client Relationship & Experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients and create a warm, welcoming studio environment.
  • Listen to client feedback, concerns, and suggestions in a professional and solution-focused way.
  • Follow up with clients when needed regarding their experience, goals, progress, or concerns.
  • Support client retention by helping clients feel seen, supported, and valued.
  • Help manage client complaints calmly, professionally, and in line with studio standards.
  • Make recommendations for suitable classes, instructors, packages, or private sessions based on client needs.
  • Ensure the reception team delivers excellent customer service.
  • Help create a consistent client journey from booking to check-in, class experience, and follow-up.
  • Recognize regular clients, support new clients, and help build a strong community feeling inside the studio
Reception & Admin Supervision
  • Supervise the receptionist and ensure front desk tasks are completed properly.
  • Support the reception team with bookings, client inquiries, check-ins, payments, and schedule updates when needed.
  • Make sure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and aligned with studio standards.
  • Ensure client communication is professional, clear, and timely.
  • Help update client notes, attendance records, waiting lists, cancellations, and important client information when required.
  • Ensure studio policies are communicated clearly to clients and followed consistently.
  • Support accurate reporting of attendance, feedback, incidents, maintenance needs, and operational updates
Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Create and post social media content in line with the brand.
  • Capture suitable class moments, studio atmosphere, instructor content, behind-the-scenes clips, and client-safe content when approved.
  • Suggest content ideas that educate, inspire, and engage the community.
  • Help promote classes, workshops, offers, collaborations, events, new instructors, and special launches.
  • Work with the Managing Partner on social media calendars, campaign ideas, and brand messaging.
  • Ensure content reflects a polished, professional, and consistent image.
  • Encourage instructors and freelancers to contribute suitable content ideas and moments from classes.
Events, Collaborations & Brand Growth
  • Suggest new themed classes, challenges, workshops, and special events.
  • Help plan and execute brand collaborations, pop-ups, wellness events, and community activations.
  • Support partnerships with relevant brands, instructors, wellness professionals, and local businesses.
  • Help develop ideas to increase class attendance, client engagement, and studio visibility.
  • Represent Pilates Lab professionally at internal and external events.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, launch events, and client appreciation activities.
  • Work with brands for collaborations that align with the Pilates Lab identity and client profile.
  • Help create fresh class concepts, community moments, and experiences that keep the schedule exciting.
Leadership & Studio Standards
  • Act as a role model for instructors, freelancers, reception staff, and clients.
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Help create and maintain studio standards for teaching quality, client service, cleanliness, safety, and communication.
  • Lead by example in punctuality, presentation, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Support the Managing Partner with reports, feedback, observations, and recommendations.
  • Help ensure the studio environment feels premium, welcoming, organized, and community-driven.
  • Support full-time instructors and freelancers in any way needed to help them succeed and stay aligned with studio expectations.
  • Protect the reputation of Pilates Lab by maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and consistency.
Skills & Qualification 
  • Passionate about Pilates, wellness, and client care.
  • Confident teaching both group classes and private sessions.
  • Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Friendly, professional, and client-focused.
  • Creative in designing classes, events, content ideas, and community experiences.
  • Comfortable managing a team and giving feedback.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Flexible and willing to support wherever needed.
  • Comfortable using booking systems, social media, and basic admin tools.
  • Positive, proactive, and aligned with the vision of the brand.
Certifications & Experience Required
  • Must be certified in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.
  • Certification in special populations, injury rehabilitation, pre/postnatal Pilates, scoliosis, corrective exercise, or similar areas is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience teaching group and private Pilates sessions is required.
  • Previous experience in studio management, team leadership, or client-facing operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of client safety, class programming, anatomy, and professional studio standards.
  • Ability to teach different levels, from beginner to advanced, with confidence and care.

Additional Requirements
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of Pilates teaching experience preferred.
  • Good English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events when needed.
