Guildhall is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a high-end architecture and design firm, specializing in luxury villas, penthouses, and bespoke residential projects across the UAE and internationally. This role is highly client-facing, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and private clients to secure luxury residential projects in the UAE.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private clients in the UAE
- Present the firm’s portfolio, design philosophy, and delivery approach to clients in person and virtually
- Identify and secure new B2C luxury residential opportunities
- Organise and conduct client presentations, site visits, and design showcases
- Track pipeline, leads, and opportunities, reporting progress to senior management
- Represent the firm at luxury real estate, interior design, and lifestyle events
- Work closely with leadership and design teams to promote the firm’s portfolio, design philosophy, and completed projects
- Contribute to content direction for Instagram, digital showcases, and client-facing materials (project highlights, visuals, case studies)
- Assist in developing marketing presentations, brochures, and pitch decks for client meetings
- Gather client and market feedback to support branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- 5–10 years’ experience in B2C business development, client engagement, or sales, ideally within luxury residential, architecture, interior design, or real estate
- Track record in building relationships with HNWIs and private clients
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Commercially savvy with the ability to translate relationships into secured projects
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and organised
- Understanding of the UAE luxury residential market
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus but not required
