Assistant Project Manager (Furniture Fit-out)

Guildhall is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Furniture Fit-Out) to support the Project Manager in delivering interior and furniture fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating suppliers, installation teams, site activities, and project documentation to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Manager with daily project coordination
• Track furniture production, delivery, and installation schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, site teams, consultants, and clients
• Prepare and update project trackers, schedules, and reports
• Assist with material submittals, shop drawings coordination, and approvals
• Attend site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
• Monitor site progress and report delays or issues
• Assist with snag lists, punch lists, and handover documentation
• Support procurement, quotations, and variation tracking
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 1–3 years’ experience in furniture fit-out or interior fit-out projects
• Basic understanding of furniture specifications and fit-out processes
• Ability to read layout drawings and furniture schedules
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Additional Details
• UAE experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license
• Willingness to attend site visits and work flexible hours if required
