Guildhall is seeking an experienced HR Officer (Chinese Speaker) to join our team for a leading Construction Company in the UAE. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative functions within a dynamic, multinational construction environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR operations, documentation, and employee administration
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Act as a point of contact for Chinese-speaking employees and stakeholders
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and personnel files
  • Support the HR team with general coordination and operational tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of HR work experience in the UAE or GCC
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken, written, and reading proficiency required)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
