Guildhall is seeking an experienced and strategic Group CFO to lead the finance function for a diversified landscape and infrastructure group operating in UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, optimizing business performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting ambitious growth plans, including potential IPO opportunities.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple business units and geographies.
- Lead the finance team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable finance culture.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide actionable insights to the CEO and executive leadership team to support strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including digital systems, process improvements, and operational efficiency enhancements.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and IPO preparation, as required.
- Mentor and develop finance managers and key personnel, ensuring succession planning and leadership development within the finance function.
- Monitor key financial performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize profitability and sustainable growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, Finance) or professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
- 15–20 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5–10 years in a senior CFO or equivalent role.
- Proven expertise in multi-entity, regional group finance, ideally within the UAE and GCC markets.
- Strong experience in strategic financial planning, capital-intensive businesses, and high-growth environments. IPO experience is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge executive management.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in finance transformation, system implementation, and scaling finance teams.
