Guildhall is currently recruiting for a well-established British luxury brand with over four decades of heritage in creating high-end, handcrafted products. The brand is internationally recognized for its craftsmanship, creativity, and bespoke approach, serving VIP clients, high-net-worth families, and global private customers.

As part of an international expansion strategy, the company is strengthening its digital and e-commerce presence in the UAE and across global markets. This role will play a critical leadership position in shaping and scaling the brand’s online business.

The Chief of E-commerce and Digital Marketing will lead and own the entire e-commerce and digital growth strategy across the UAE and international markets. This is a senior leadership role with full autonomy, working directly with the Owner and CEO to drive revenue, scale digital channels, and deliver a premium online customer experience.

This is not a traditional marketing role. The focus is on commercial performance, sales growth, customer journey optimisation, and strategic leadership, while ensuring the brand’s luxury positioning is maintained across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce function, including website performance, online sales, marketplaces, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, operations, logistics, IT, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor and optimise KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across the full sales funnel.
- Ensure a high-quality post-purchase experience, including fulfilment, delivery, customer support, retention, and loyalty.

Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth
- Define and oversee the full digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content.
- Drive traffic acquisition strategies and ensure traffic is effectively converted into sales.
- Manage and direct external agencies, ensuring all activities are aligned with business goals and ROI expectations.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure all campaigns reflect luxury brand positioning and deliver measurable commercial results.

Leadership, Strategy & Autonomy
- Work directly with the Owner and CEO with full decision-making authority over e-commerce and digital strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop internal teams and external partners.
- Manage digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce budgets.
- Identify growth opportunities across new markets, channels, and platforms.
- Stay informed on global e-commerce trends, luxury retail best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing, with measurable revenue results.
- Strong background in luxury, premium, or high-end retail (fashion, furniture, lifestyle, beauty, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full e-commerce lifecycle, from traffic generation to post-purchase experience.
- Experience managing agencies, cross-functional teams, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of KPIs, analytics, and conversion optimisation.
- International exposure and experience working with global or multi-market brands.
