Partnership Director GCC

Guildhall is supporting a leading MNC specialised in safety controls, communications and IoT solutions provider with their strategic expansion into the GCC region. We are assisting in the recruitment of a Partnership Director (GCC) to be based in the UAE. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in establishing the company’s presence across the Gulf, driving commercial growth, and building strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and civil defense authorities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for the GCC region, establishing distribution channels and integrator partnerships.
  
  
• Engage key clients such as fire system installers, monitoring service providers, and major end users to drive adoption of the company’s fire alarm communication solutions.
  
  
• Support partners with product training, solution design, and presales activities to ensure successful technical integration.
  
  
• Oversee regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring all solutions meet GCC fire safety and civil defense certification requirements.
  
  
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and government bodies to support market penetration.

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English 
  
  
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the fire safety, life safety, or IoT communications industry, with strong exposure to the GCC market.
  
  
• Proven background in business development, sales, or channel/partner management, ideally within fire protection or security communications.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of GCC fire safety regulations and certification processes (UAE Civil Defense, Saudi standards, etc.).
  
  
• Experience managing distributors, system integrators, or value-added reseller channels.
  
  
• Solid technical understanding of fire alarm systems, alarm communicators, and network communication devices. Engineering or technical certifications are an advantage.
