Guildhall is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to lead and expand our industrial tools business in the UAE. This is a strategic role responsible for managing key clients, developing new business opportunities, and building a high-performing sales team.

- Manage and grow key accounts, including ADNOC, shipyards, aerospace companies, and other industrial clients.
- Drive sales of hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, industrial equipment, and consumables.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Build and lead a team to support the business, including recruiting, training, and managing staff.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, new business opportunities, and potential risks.
- Proven experience in industrial tools and equipment sales, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
- Established network and customer connections with major industrial clients.
- Track record of managing key accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in team building and leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
